Dear Rowan University,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

The portfolio information that we are requesting includes the dollar amounts and names for each asset, including company names for stocks. We are requesting this portfolio information for all private equity funds and hedge funds that Rowan University invests with. Please provide the most updated information possible.

This request has previously been fulfilled. I am simply requesting updated information, and I am now including updated information that is necessary with my request in accordance with new OPRA regulations.

Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States;
2. I, or another person, will not use the requested government records for a commercial purpose; and
3. I am not seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Good morning,

Rowan University received your OPRA request for Rowan University's portfolio report. As you may be aware, under OPRA, a response is due within 7 business days or October 24, 2024, in this case.

In order to provide a response, Rowan University needs to work with the investment management team who is collecting the data and preparing the report. The investment team advised that they are working on the report and need additional time to complete it. In light of this, Rowan University will need until November 1, 2024, to provide the response.

Unless you advise otherwise, it will be assumed there is no objection to the extension.
