The portfolio information that we are requesting includes the dollar amounts and names for each asset, including company names for stocks. We are requesting this portfolio information for all private equity funds and hedge funds that Rowan University invests with. Please provide the most updated information possible.

Good morning,
Rowan University is in receipt of your October 14, 2024, OPRA request. Please be advised that New Jersey recently changed its laws regarding OPRA requests. Part of those changes include the mandatory certifications that must be made by the people making the requests. It also provides a general overview of the changes, including those effecting the response time. The new form which includes the updated certifications can be found at https://sites.rowan.edu/procurement/opra.... I attached a copy of the new form for your convenience.
You do not have to use the form. You can follow the same format as your previous requests. However, you must now include the following:
Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I HAVE / HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States;
2. I, or another person, WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose; and
3. I AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding
Without these, Rowan cannot provide you with the requested documents.

Please accept this as Rowan University's completed response to your October 15, 2024, OPRA request (below) wherein you sought the "dollar amounts and names for each asset, including company names for stocks...for all private equity funds and hedge funds that Rowan University invests with."
Attached is a report of the Rowan University investments which has been updated from one that was provided for a previous request. We are assuming that this is the updated report you are looking for as it provides the information responsive to your request, other than the hedge funds since Rowan University does not invest in these types of funds. If you were looking for a different report, please provide the previous report for our reference.
This is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this request unless you advise otherwise.
