privacy.”

which mandates that “Information relating to medical, psychiatric or
psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation,” Richard Rivera
v. Office of the County Prosecutor of the County of Bergen, 2012
N.J.Super. Unpub. LEXIS 1921 (Law. Div. August 8, 2012).
