Records requested:

I am requesting your records of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) records for the following:
All EMS/Ambulance calls within Hazlet Township and West Keansburg which occurred between January 1, 2024 – November 24, 2024 and as provided with at a minimum the following information:
1. Date, time, and location of each call
2. The EMS and Police Unit times: dispatched, enroute, on scene
3. Any mutual aid EMS unit station dispatched (squad number) which was requested and dispatched to these calls
4. Any EMS unit number and agency which responded to the call for service including: their initial dispatch time, enroute, on scene, cancelled, transport to the hospital, cleared.
Any notes entered by the dispatcher or police officer entered, specifically those referencing additional alarms needed due to lack of response or manpower from EMS and those referencing mutual aid requests to other towns or agencies. If mutual aid was requested from outside the normal dispatch area (Middlesex County) please provide those notes as well.
