This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

In Excel (csv) format: All EMS calls in Burlington County from January 1, 2022-December 31, 2022 to include the incident number, town, nature of call, responding unit(s), dispatched time, en route time, and time made available.

This office is in receipt of your below inquiry regarding requesting the report with the town in which the incident occurs. Please be advised that we are not able to run the requested report with this information and our office provided the report with all of the available fields you had initially requested. As such, the provided report is the only report available in response to your OPRA requests. Thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.

Dear Perez, Deanna,
I do not agree. The initial request was for:
"In Excel (csv) format: All EMS calls in Burlington County from January 1, 2022-December 31, 2022 to include the incident number, town, nature of call, responding unit(s), dispatched time, en route time, and time made available."
As you can see, I had initially requested the town to be included in the report and it was not. There is no reason that the physical street address needed to be provided, but it excluded the town. There is no reason the town cannot be listed as it does not violate any privacy laws to state what town the call was in.
Thank you for your review. Please let me know if you can now update the report or if I need to file a new OPRA request.
