Dear Carissa LaSelva,
I was able to request the same information from a similarly sized municipality and got a delivery in less than a week? Why would it take six months to access the same data from Franklin Township? All this data should be getting reported to the Department of Health Monthly according to NJSA 26:2K-67.

As of 10/25/2021, there are 8803 CAD reports responsive to your request that will require extensive redaction. We do not have the ability in our CAD system to simply print a report out only containing the information you seek. Please provide an end date for the date range of the requested records..."January 1, 2020, forward" is infinite and not appropriate. A search under "squad calls" reveals 8803 records, this does not include all other incidents where EMS may have been dispatched that may be revealed when fulfilling this request. The preliminary cost to print and redact each record associated with this request is $4,644. This cost is subject to change once further discovery of other EMS involved incidences is made. Please confirm by October 29, 2021, if you wish to proceed with the fulfillment of this request.
