Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Confirmation of whether Giuseppe Palmeri is or has been employed by Ocean County, including his current or last-known job title, department, and employment status (full-time, part-time, per diem, contractual, etc.).

2. DATES OF EMPLOYMENT
The start date of Mr. Palmeri's employment with Ocean County, and end date if applicable.

3. SALARY / COMPENSATION
Mr. Palmeri's current or most recent annual salary, hourly rate, or other compensation paid by Ocean County.

4. JOB TITLE & APPOINTMENT RECORDS
All records reflecting Mr. Palmeri's title(s), department assignment(s), and any appointment or reappointment documentation.

5. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT
Any employment contract, offer letter, or agreement governing the terms of Mr. Palmeri's employment with Ocean County, if one exists.

6. BENEFITS
Records indicating whether Mr. Palmeri receives health, pension, or other benefits through Ocean County employment.
