Dear Camden Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2018. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of hire and separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

This office represents the Camden City School District (“District”) and as
such I am in receipt of your records request under the Open Public Records
Act (“OPRA”). Due to the volume of documents requested, the District needs
an additional 30 days to compile the records. Accordingly, the records
and/or a response if a record requested does not exist or falls within an
OPRA exception will be sent to you on or by April 1, 2019.

The Camden City School District (“District”) is in receipt of your request for documents dated March 1 , 2019, made under the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”). Specifically, you requested that the District produce:
“ A list of all employees from 2018 to include names, title, position, salary and longevity pay, overtime pay, if applicable, payroll record, date of hire, length of service, date of separation and reason for separation, and the amount of pension received."
District records show that an extension was requested to April 1, 2019, and this request was completed on March 25, 2019. You, however, maintain that you never received the response. Accordingly, attached is an updated excel spreadsheet that is responsive to your request.
