Dear Atlantic County,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1. All records reflecting Irene Garramone's dates of employment with the Atlantic County Municipal Court, including her start date, end date, and any leaves of absence from August 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024.

2. All records reflecting every position, title, or assignment held by Irene Garramone at the Atlantic County Municipal Court, including any temporary, interim, or cross-assigned duties.

3. All records reflecting the reason for and effective date of Irene Garramone's separation from employment at the Atlantic County Municipal Court, including any resignation documentation.

4. All records reflecting any disciplinary action, investigation, or complaint filed against Irene Garramone during her employment at the Atlantic County Municipal Court.

5. All records reflecting the electronic court record management system access, login credentials, or authorized user permissions held by Irene Garramone during her employment at the Atlantic County Municipal Court, including the dates those permissions were active and the date those permissions were terminated upon her separation.

6. All records reflecting whether Irene Garramone retained any electronic court record management system access, login credentials, or authorized user permissions after her effective date of separation, and the date any such access was terminated.

7. All records reflecting the authorization, processing, or entry of Transaction ID MCS20243404928, entered into the court record management system on October 1, 2024, including but not limited to:

— The identity of the individual who entered or authorized the entry of this transaction
— The system or terminal from which the entry was made
— Any authorization obtained prior to or in connection with the entry of this transaction
— The nature and content of the disposition certification associated with this transaction

8. All records reflecting who held authorized access to enter Transaction ID MCS20243404928 into the court record management system on October 1, 2024.

9. All records reflecting any certification executed by or attributed to Irene Garramone in connection with any court matter after her effective date of separation from the Atlantic County Municipal Court.
