I am writing to request clarification and correction regarding the response I received to my recent OPRA request dated May 6, 2025. The information provided did not disclose that Brian Kubiel was serving or acting as the Purchasing Agent during the relevant time period.

Given the responsibilities and authority associated with that role, this omission constitutes a material oversight. Please confirm whether Brian Kubiel was formally or informally acting as the Purchasing Agent at any point during his employment as a FIRE OFFICIAL, and provide any documentation, resolutions, or correspondence indicating their designation or assumption of those duties along with stipend amount.

If this information was withheld in error or not fully disclosed, I respectfully request a corrected and complete response pursuant to OPRA.
