Employment conflict - 2

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Clark Township should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Clark Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- Name, title, position, date of hire, type of relationship and to who (from 2010 to present date) employed by any public entity (ie: Clark Board of Education) and/or any private company, that have a contractual/financial obligation/agremeent with the Township of Clark, who are an immediate relative (see reference/definition below) of any Township elected or appointed official (ie: Mayor, Council Member, Business Administrator, Municipal Clerk), department head, director, manager, supervisor or in any other type of supervisor role.

Reference: according to theTownship’s Employee Manual, “immediate relative” is defined as “spouse or significant other, child, parent, stepchild, sibling, grandparents, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, niece, nephew, uncle, aunt, or any other person related by blood or marriage residing in an employee’s household”
