Dear Clark Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- Name, title, position, date of hire, type of relationship and to whom, of all past (2010 to Present) and current Clark Township employees of any of the Township’s departments/divisions, who is an immediate relative (see reference/definition below) of any Township elected or appointed official (ie: Mayor, Council Member, Business Administrator, Municipal Clerk), department head, director, manager, supervisor and/or person in any other type of supervisory role, regardless if both work in the same or different departments/divisions.

Reference: according to theTownship’s Employee Manual, “immediate relative” is defined as “spouse or significant other, child, parent, stepchild, sibling, grandparents, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, niece, nephew, uncle, aunt, or any other person related by blood or marriage residing in an employee’s household”
