Each employee record should contain:

*Full time or part time employment
*Current Base salary
*Current Regular rate
*Longevity pay if applicable
*Stipends for licenses if applicable
*Hire date
*Length of service
* Date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received
*% each employee contributes to health and welfare and to which fund
*Current Blue Collar / DPW CBA if applicable
*What services does DPW and Water / Sewer provide
*What services does DPW and Water / Sewer outsource. Trash and / or recycling please provide the vendor
*What shared services does DPW and Water / Sewer provide or receive and the municipality
