Dear Jim Turcich,
Maybe you are not aware of how OPRA requests work. You are a fire commissioner for Delran Fire District #1. You know who handles the OPRA requests, and are failing to provide that information. By law, OPRA requests are NOT required to be made by phone or filling out a form. You already answered one OPRA request, or forwarded it to a lawyer in the previous request.
See my PREVIOUS response and provide the person who handles OPRA requests or legal action against Delran Fire District #1 will be taken. Previous post from your attorney is here https://opramachine.com/request/incentiv.... He didn’t just magically see this and answer it, so you already handled the first OPRA request.
