Dear Middlesex County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any an all reports or records from the county, sheriff's office, or civil service commission regarding sheriff's officer J Buksar being suspended from duty from his date of hire until the present.
Please attach any reports on the incidents leading up to suspension as well
