Dear New Brunswick Parking Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) name, title/position, department/division, salary, and hire date for all current employees as of today (July 1, 2018)
2) total overtime pay year-to-date for all current employees (or if your agency operates on a July-June fiscal year budget cycle, their total overtime pay for the 2017-2018 fiscal year)
3) the names of all employees currently suspended with pay
4) the names of all employees currently suspended without pay

requested the following information.

In response to your request, the NBPA is providing the following
information:
1) Please see the attached document.
2) Total overtime pay year to date as of 7/1/18 is $27,763.91.
3) There are no employees currently suspended with pay.
4) There are no employees currently suspended without pay.

Dear Ms. Hart,
Thank you very much for the response. I apologize for not being more clear in item #2 of my request. I was hoping that you could provide the total overtime pay year-to-date for EACH current employee as of July 1.
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide an employee-by-employee breakdown of the $27,763.91 in overtime pay as of July 1.

The original figure I gave you was for all employees, both terminated and current employees. The attached report is for current employees only, as per your request.
