I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 (as of the date of this request). Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

The Camden County Custodian of Records received your Open Public Records
Act request on 5/4/2022.

The Camden County Finance Department conducted a search of their files and
provided records responsive to your request. All employees for years 2020,
2021 and 2022 were provided on one file. The payroll system does not
contain historical base salary information in format of the request by
years. All annual salary amounts are current as of today 5/04/22 on the
file. All years requested are on the file. For your request for "Overtime
and longevity items" were provided by the years requested. However, year
2022 has no data at this time in the payroll system. The system does not
pull the data till December 31, 2022. No data for year 2022 "Overtime and
longevity" on file. Additionally, your request for "type of any pension
received" is not maintained by Camden County Finance Office, refer to the
State of New Jersey Pension Department for records.
As such, this correspondence and the records provided constitutes
completion of your request.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. if your request for access to a
government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7)
business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision
by the County of Camden to deny access. As provided by law, you have the
right to either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey
or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by
completing their Denial of Access Complaint Form located at the GRC’s
