*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

An employee received a follow up request on an OPRA and I wanted to follow
up. The response to this OPRA was provided on April 26, 2024 by e-mail at
3:42PM
I have attached a copy of the responsive record provided as well as a copy
