*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

Good morning,
I am in receipt of your OPRA request for payroll information for the
Voorhees Township Police Department. Unfortunately, this request was
internally sent to the incorrect department. I have forwarded to the
personnel department today and I am asking for a seven day extension.
Please let me know if this is acceptable.

produce a customized document from 2019 with name, title, salary and
length of service. I was able to produce one for the current Township

Ugh, I don't know why you aren't seeing that. Are you going to the right hand side where it says request details, bottom where it says attachments? The three documents are there and they are in pdf format.
