Employee Payroll Records
Dear Eatontown Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2019. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

23) Personnel and pension records, except specific information identified as follows:
a. An individual’s name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received,
b. When required to be disclosed by another law, when disclosure is essential to the performance of official duties of a person duly authorized by this State or the United States, or when authorized by an individual in interest.
c. Data contained in information which disclose conformity with specific experiential, educational or medical qualifications required for government employment or for receipt of a public pension, but not including any detailed medical or psychological information.

I am writing to request an internal review of Eatontown Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Employee Payroll Records'.
It has been over 8 months since my request. State law dictates a response is required in 7 business days unless additional time is requested. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

The document you sent seems to be incomplete as several pages are completely blacked out. I understand the need to redact personal information, however most pages seem to be completely blocked from the information requested.

For some reason (and this has happened in the past), when I transmit large files directly to Opramachine some pages appear blacked out. I have had our IT personnel look into to no avail.
