Dear Lawrence Township (Mercer),
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

Dear ASK NJ Media Co:
In response to the attached OPRA Request, I was just informed by Debra
Monroe, Payroll Supervisor, that your requested information will be
prepared on 12/15/17. Ms. Monroe also informed our office that your
request for the amount and type of any pension received…pursuant to
N.J.S.A 47:1A-10, is administered by the State of New Jersey Division of
Pensions and Benefits and the Township does not have access to those
records. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly contact our office
during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or via email.
