Dear Alexandria Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

I received this OPRA dated Friday, December 8th as I was out of the Office on Wednesday, December 6th and Thursday, December 7th. Our personal files do not contain these records that you request. Our CFO is looking to see if a report can be generated through payroll/pensions. Under OPRA we are not to create records, lists, or reports that we would not typically have. We will answer this OPRA to the best of our ability and in the format that we have. I have attached our 2017 Resolutions at this time as that displays title and pay.
