Dear Spring Lake Heights Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

I am in receipt of your Open Public Records Request on December 6, 2017,
requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of
2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title,
position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll
record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such
separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.
The record as requested does not exist, however via payroll records, I am
able to provide a file that includes the following; name, salary, length
of service, date of separation. Please see attached.

It appears that the agency's response is incomplete. I wasn't looking for payroll registers.
I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. The record as requested does not exist. OPRA does not require the creation
of a new government. As previously stated; what I sent was in attempt to
satisfy some of the information requested; individual's name, salary,
length of service and date of separation.
