This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I'm requesting the following records of any and all employees for the year of 2017. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.

Provided below via attachment are the records we have pertaining to your
request.
The documents provided are the only reports we have through our payroll
system. We have no reports separating out longevity from annual salary,
it is included in that line item.
As to employees separated from service, there is no documents pertaining
to such and no report exist.
With regard to pension deduction, there is no annual report. The Township
reports such quarterly to the State Division of Pension and Benefits on
behalf of each employee. I provided that last quarterly report for the
third quarter.
