This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1.) Please provide a list of all staff currently employed by the Ocean County Health Department as of August 15, 2024. Please include first and last name, current salary as of 8/15/24, official job title (per Civil Service Commission) and date of hire.
2.) Please provide a list of all staff employed by the Ocean County Health Department on August 15, 2023. Please include first and last name, salary listed from 8/15/23, and official job title (per Civil Service Commission).

In regards to my recent request, I am not seeing 2021's salary from the list of employees. the attachment is currently covered in a black where the salary is supposed to be listed. Additionally, I do not see in any of the files attached the date of hire with each employee. Please send over the requested information.

Response:
1. As a result of human error the OCHD accidentally left out the date of hire information. The complete information for 2024 is now attached.
2. No date of hire information was requested.
3. No date of hire information was requested. For the year 2021, the OCHD provided a list of all staff employed by the OCHD as of August 15, 2021. The second half of item 3 was the exact same item requested in item 2 and has previously been provided. Since there was no request for salary information of employees for the 2021 year it was redacted.
If you would like additional public records you may submit an OPRA request using the newly required form found on our website.
