The request was refused by Brick MUA.

Dear Brick MUA,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Employees involved in accidents in Twp property while driving Twp vehicles, and while driving and or a passenger in Twp vehicles in or near a twp park during the time period between 1/1/17-5/25/19

Yours faithfully,

OCSN 32

Ryan Amberger,

Hello,

This office represents the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority.
On behalf of the records custodian, this is the BTMUA’s official response
to your OPRA request dated May 25, 2019 seeking records related to
accidents in township vehicles.

This request is denied as it is a request for information and therefore an
invalid OPRA request. OPRA only allows requests for specific records, not
requests for information. Bent v. Twp. of Stafford Police, 381 N.J. Super.
30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, this request is inapplicable to the
BTMUA as it is seeking records pertaining to Brick Township vehicles.
