Dear Resident,
Please accept this as receipt of your email dated February 17, 2021 seeking certain records under the Open Public Records Act. Public Law 2020 c. 20 provides that during a period declared pursuant to the laws of this State as a state of emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster emergency, the deadlines by which to respond to a request for, or grant or deny access to, a government record under the Open Public Records Act shall not apply. Ocean Count College is currently operating remotely and does not have access to the equipment to fulfill your request. The College is currently a remote testing center for the COVID 19 pandemic and the personnel cannot access certain areas of the College for health and safety reasons.
When the State of Emergency is lifted and employees are physically back on campus, you may resubmit your request.
