Dear Toms River NJ OPRA Support,
By stating that HR has no other records on file -
Does that mean you do not have payroll records for Mr. Stilton? As that was part of my request and yet was not included in your response and is required by State Law to be retained for a minimum of 6 years.
Does that also mean that no other contracts or settlements of any kind exist between Mr. Stilton and the Township of Toms River?
