Dear Nutley Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I seek a copy of the employee handbook, which will be updated, in February. Alan Genentempo, stated publicly, the employee handbook will NOT be published. Alan Genentempo, the Nutley Town Attorney, stated the Handbook will not be public.
Genentempo stated, publicly, the handbook was entered as a resolution in February 2019. The reason was the handbook was changed. The handbook is, at the printer, as I pen this request. The handbook will be voted on by ordinance, this year. I seek a copy of the handbook, when available in March.
Alan Genentempo id NOT an attorney of record. The attorney has published the notice of appearance. NOT GENENTEMPO.
The employee handbook does not contain any personal information. I seek a copy of the handbook. I will file, immodestly, for mediation, upon rejection.
