Dear Ocean County Clerk,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) Copy of former Toms River Municipal Court employee Michele Moran's redacted resume.
2) Copy of Michele Moran's redacted employment application.
3) Copy of Michele Moran's redacted employment contract.
4) Copies of Michele Moran's certifications and/or accreditation that she provided to prove her qualifications for the position of Deputy Court Administrator.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean County Clerk's handling of my OPRA request 'Employee Credentials'.
I still have NOT received any information relating to employee Michele G. Moran as requested in this OPRA request. Please have your custodian review the request and respond promptly as this request is LONG OVERDUE.

I have been trying to obtain this information from various sources. This Toms River Township former employee was NEVER voted in as required. I have emailed the township attorney and have been ignored. I emailed the mayor and he also ignored me. The Board of Municipal Court Administrators sent me on a wild goose chase. I have noticed that this woman has worked in several different Municipal Courts throughout the state and she doesn't stay more than two years. I do not believe that she was certified or accredited to for the position of Deputy Municipal Court Administrator, therefore, she should NOT have been signing off on probable cause determination for any municipal court charges. This is a FRAUD ON THE COURT. I have even Assignment Judge Francis Hodgson Jr. a certified letter requesting this information and he too has IGNORED me completely.
