This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
All below Requests concern the following Borough Employees :
- Former Chief L. Guida
- Officer in Charge, Captain J. Arnold
1.) Employment Agreements (for Guida 2007-2024….for Anderson 2022-2024)
2.) I'm requesting the following records of the year of 2023, and 2024. Each employee record should contain: an individual’s name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10
3.) Resolution from the Appropriate Authority the Mayor and Council suspending former Chief Guida.
4.) Resolution appointing/promoting James Arnold to the position of Captain.

In response to your request:
1.) Employment Agreements (for Guida 2007-2024….for Anderson 2022-2024) -
Please see attached for Mr. Guida. Captain Arnold does not have an
employment agreement.
2.) I'm requesting the following records of the year of 2023, and 2024.

to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 - Please clarify if you are requesting this
information for Law Enforcement only. In addition this part of your
request will require an extension.
3.) Resolution from the Appropriate Authority the Mayor and Council
suspending former Chief Guida. - There is no responsive record for this
part of your request.
4.) Resolution appointing/promoting James Arnold to the position of
Captain. - There is no responsive record for this part of your request.
However, attached is the Oath of Office for Captain Arnold.
