Emails to/from new emergency building construction
Dear Washington Township (Bergen),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
email exchanges to/from contractors, subcontractors, and any representative of a contractor/subcontractor, sent/received within the time frame of june 2018 to june 2023, with subject matters relating to the construction of the emergency services building and the useage thereof
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

sorry for the trouble. your previous messages were not posted to the thread where i can see them. i have read through them now.
do know that because of the way OPRA machine works, each request has a unique email address. only if responses are sent to the designated email for the particular request (and not any other email associated with the service or this particular user) can i see the reply.
as I am a citizen exercising my right to request anonymously and/or under a pseudonym, it is not possible for me to pay fees.
should there be any records available without the need to pay a fee, than i will gladly wait until 10/25/24 to receive it.
