We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated March 26, 2023 (see below) whereby you are
requesting the following records (please note our responses below in red):

• All emails between BOE and Gina Laughery aka Gina Lynn aka FreedomLover from 2021 -
2023.
All eligible records are available for pickup at the Patrick A. Torre Administration
Building, 4207 Route 516, Matawan, NJ  07747.  Cost for these records is $66.52.   (4
hours of research x minimum wage of $14.13 plus $10.00 flash drive)   Please have
cash or check payable to the Old Bridge Township Board of Education at the time of
pickup.   Thank you.
• ALL emails between administration, Chris Parton and BOE members to and from Leonardo
Marchetta from 2021-2023.

Please note, the emails to and from Mr. Marchetta and Administration or other Board
members are protected by the internal advisory, consultative and deliberative exception
under NJSA 47:1A-1.1. Also, all emails between Mr. Marchetta and the Board Attorney are
protected by the attorney-client privilege.    As such, none of those documents are
discoverable under OPRA.
