Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean County Prosecutor's Office's handling of my OPRA request 'Emails to and from Assistant Prosecutor TT'.

I received over 223 UNREDACTED emails from your office in a previous OPRA request last year. Now all of the sudden your office wants to charge me money for my requests or you are denying my requests under false claims that did not previously exist in the requests that I DID received from your office in 2022.

My request number ONE (1) the subject was and is Taylor Toscano and her EMAILS. It's that simple.
Requests TWO (2) and THREE (3) and in fact, ALL of Ms. Toscano's emails from 2014 to present, I am requesting to be preserved as they will be subpoenaed at a later date.

A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/emails_t...

Yours faithfully,

Erin
