      "Please provide a copy of email server logs and emails, for the
email address, [1][email address],  from March April 27,
 2021 to January 2, 2022 with the following metadata, “name of sender,
senders email address, subject, date, name of all additional recipients,
email address of all recipients, body/text of each email, any response
sent to any email and if there are any attachments."
 
Due to the nature of the request, and the time required to retrieve,
review, and redact the records , a short additional period of time,
anticipated to be until February 4, 2022,   is needed to respond.

Dear LTown United, 

This comes in response to your request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access for:

"Records requested:

Please provide a copy of email server logs and emails, for the email
address, [1][email address],  from March April 27,  2021 to

Although the file will be made available to you electronically there is
a cost for our printing the emails in order to review, scan and redact
them.  The cost of printing those 137 pages is $6.85 +4.80 more for
printing the 96 pages that were redacted.  The total cost of producing the
records responsive to your request is $11.65.  Please make payment to the
Township of Livingston by cash or check or money order.  

Upon payment of the fee a link to WETransfer for the files of the emails
for  [2][email address],  from April 27,  2021 to January 2,
2022  will be made available to you.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 unlisted telephone numbers are exempt from
disclosure and therefore have been redacted.  The personal email
addresses  have been redacted pursuant to  N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 "a public
agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public
access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted
when disclosure therof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation
of privacy." 
Our IT department advises that logs are only available for 30 days and are
no longer available for January 2; therefore, we do not have any documents
responsive to the request.
