I have seen this grouping of emails in another persons public request, this is not what I asked for though. I am asking you to search for all emails in the system, sent or received, from that email address for the time period requested. Could you please perform the query and send me the results?

I am not sure that I understand what you are asking.
"[1][email address]" is not a Township managed email address and
neither the Township nor its officials maintain any control over the same.
As I indicated to you previously on June 27, 2022, it is believed that
emails received from that email address were phishing attempts that
originated outside the Township. Regardless, the email address is not the
Mayor's Township email address nor is it any other Township email address;
the Township has no control over that email address. To respond to your
June 18, 2022 OPRA Request (a copy of which is reattached), we previously
provided you with all emails which purported to be "sent" from that email
address and received by Township officials and/or employees (and do so now
again, as they are attached hereto). Your email of June 29, 2022, asked me
to “search for all emails in the system, sent or received, from that email
address for the time period requested.” I inquired of our IT provider
whether it is possible to search all emails in the system for those
sent/received from the “[2][email address]” email address and they
responded that it is not possible to do so. Accordingly, the only way to
search for the “[3][email address]” email address was to search the
mailboxes of your June 18, 2022 Request, which were to/from former and
current council members, former and current mayor, and former and current
administrator for that period (January 1, 2019 through June 18, 2022).
Those mailboxes were searched and they yielded the results I provided to
you previously (and do so now again).
I trust that this answers your questions and satisfies your June 29, 2022

If you would like the search expanded, please let me know what Township email address you would like included. I will also double check the original search again to make sure all requested documents were provided.
