Dear Records, DEP [DEP],
I have identified the specific records that I am requesting. It could not be more clear. It is only one day of emails from one government official, and your denial is unlawful. If you refuse to fill this request my attorney will be forced to file an order to show cause in the Nj Superior Court in order to force your compliance.
