Emails sent on behalf of the Mayor's Company
Dear Clark Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
FYI: Other townships have released some emails received by their construction departments sent from Clark Township employees' work email addresses on behalf of Salvatore Bonaccorso and his landscaping company, SAM Bonaccorso and Son.
Please provide the following requests.
- All emails sent and received by Clark Township employee while using Township emails addresses on behalf of Salvatore "Sal" Bonaccorso or his landscaping company, Sam Bonaccorso and Son, from 2018 to present date.

My reply requests was for ALL emails sent and received by township employees on behalf of the Mayor's landscaping business. You have not provided one of those emails. As I explained before, other township have released emails sent by Clark Township Employee Donna Castellucci, (2 examples being 0n 9/13/23 and 9/18/23) from her Clark Township Email "[email address] with the sole purpose to communicate with the construction departments of other township in reference to oil tank removal done by the Mayor and his landscaping company.
Please advise if you are refusing to provide the records requested.
