Unfortunately, the responsive email records are too large in size (i.e.
98MB) to email to you.  The records have been placed on a CD.  Please let
us know if you prefer to pick-up the CD or wish to have it mailed to you. 
Based on your choice, an invoice will be generated for the cost of the CD
and mailing if applicable.   If you wish to have the CD mailed to you,
please provide a mailing address.
