I reached out a few days ago asking for an update to this request. Please respond to this request in a timely manner, it is not only the state law, but an obligation as I am a stakeholder to this district. I look forward to a response. If you are unable to complete my request, respond to me in writing, with a rationale and next steps. If you continue to ignore my requests I will be required to escalate it to the state.

Thanks for the attempt. Currently it reads, in plain text:

“ Attached is the file. This is a large PDF file and you will have to
download first before viewing.

It is not hyperlinked and there is no file attached. It is not user/computer error, I have asked numerous other people to attempt to open it on their devices. Please comply with state law and fulfill my OPRA with a real file that can be opened. I see there has never been a problem before uploading file, as the other requests that have been fulfilled have an attached document to view or download.
