Good Afternoon, 

Per the request from Oct. 7th, 2021 see attached. The records were
redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, as inter-agency or intra-agency
advisory, consultive, or deliberative materials are not defined as
government records. The redacted information contained details of draft
meeting minutes, which are not subject to disclosure under OPRA as a
government record. See Libertarians for Transparent Gov’t v. Gov’t Records
Council, 453 N.J. Super. 83, 92 (App. Div. 2018).
