Emails from Resident Fran Cohen and copies of Ethics complaints and responses
Dear Marlboro Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of all emails sent to the Board of Education by Resident Fran Cohen between the dates of March 25th and March 30th, 2023.
Copies of all School ethics complaints filed with the New Jersey school ethics commission against Marlboro board members between the dates of December 2022 through March 2023 including petitions, responses to the petitions and any and all filings by the complainants and on behalf of the board members against whom ethics complaints have been filed.

Good afternoon,
You received a response on March 31st stating your request was received
and per OPRA needs to be answered within seven business days. The 11 days
you are referring to are calendar days and the district was closed for
Spring recess from Thursday, April 6th to Monday, April 17th. Those days
would not count towards the required seven business days since the
district was closed.
Nonetheless, please see attached the documents you have requested as we
are responding on the 5th business day from the date of your request.
