Emails between any NJEDA employee as the sender, on one hand, and the SBIG applicant entity listed below. The subject or body of the email would be the NJEDA reviewer initiating contact with the SBIG applicant and discussing the review process. The request is limited to the initial email from the NJEDA reviewer to the applicant. The date range is Feb 2022 to the present. Same is further limited to only the applicationa listed below. The purpose under common law is to line up date applications were submitted to date a reviewer began work to confirm NJEDA's publicly stated promise to work in a first come first served rolling manner devoid of political influence which has previously been a problem for the authority.
