This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

3)Email log of Michael Wojciechowski including the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, Date and TIME from April 1, 2019 through April 30, 2024.
4) Email log of Lindsay Ashwal including the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, DATE and TIME from April 1, 2019 through April 30, 2024
5) Email Log of Amanda K. Clark Dalton including the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, DATE and TIME from April 1, 2019 through January 31, 2022.
6) Email log of Anthony E. Puglisi including the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, Date and TIME from April 1, 2019 through April 30, 2024.
7) Email log of Teresa White including the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, DATE and TIME from April 1, 2019 through January 31, 2022.

Good Afternoon,
A search of our records for the time frames you list in your request produces a volume of records that range anywhere from 50,000 to 140,000 for each person listed in your request. Our system must then download each record into an excel spreadsheet. That spreadsheet - for each person - would be thousands of pages and too large to send electronically.
As such, we ask that you narrow your request to a specific subject matter for the emails and/or shorten the timeframe because the number of years you are requesting (3 to 5 years) is generating every single email in that time frame and makes your request too voluminous, thus overly burdensome for this agency to fulfill.

A search of our records for the revised request below is still producing an amount that is too voluminous and would comprise thousands of pages. For Margaret Koping there are over 12,500 and for Lindsay Ashwal there are over 31,200. Due to the number of documents your request is generating, this is overly burdensome for this agency to fulfill.
As you are asking for every single email to and from an employee of this agency, in order to be able to fulfill your request, we ask that you provide a subject matter for the emails or keywords to search the body of the emails. That would allow for a more narrow search within the time frame you are seeking. If that is not acceptable, in the alternative, we ask that you narrow your time frame to allow a more manageable number of emails.
