This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Email logs of Councilman Tom Hayden for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
2. Email logs of Mayor Randi LeGrice for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
3. Email logs of Councilman Jon Crowley for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
4. Email logs of Councilman Steve Boracchia for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
5. Email logs of Borough Administrator Adam Hubeny for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
6. Email logs of Councilman Chuck Lero for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
7. Email logs of Councilman Lou Fligor for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.
8. Email logs of Councilman Roy Dellosso for the period 1/1/2018 to 7/1/2018 relative to the 2018 municipal budget, including but not limited to development of the budget, and potential places to cut expenses. This can include (but is not limited to) perceived errors in the budget, proposed changes, deletions and/or additions; places to reduce expenses, save money, defer expenses, increase various revenues and/or obtain grant funding to offset taxes.

The municipal clerk said that, because of the volume of information requested, they needed another week to process the request. This is the first extension requested of me by AH Borough and it is reasonable. I granted the request.
