This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All emails between council members, Mayor and members of the Mayor’s administration including but not limited to, Communications dept, Finance dept, clerks office, building/grounds etc related to allegations or claims of misconduct, sexual misconduct, assault, sexual assault, harassment, sexual harassment, nepotism, racism, bigotry, and/or sexism made against a Borough employee for the period 1/8/18 to 7/11/19.
List Of all Administrative employees located in Borough hall with contact information.

Mr. Radwan,
With regard to your request for emails and directory your request is not
subject to OPRA and is vague and overly broad and burdensome. The Borough
does not maintain lists of employees by building location and their
contact information is not subject to OPRA.
