Dear Spring Lake Board of Education,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Sorry I never got back to you on this one but looking for the time period of April 15, 2024 to June 30, 2024 is the time period. I am looking for the actual emails on those subject areas and any attachments.

Dear Mr. Windsor:
I am writing in reference to your email dated June 29, 2026.
The email was in response to my previous inquiry dated May 13, 2026,
concerning the OPRA request dated May 6, 2026.
I requested that you “…please provide a date for each request listed under
a-i to assist in locating the email. Also, when you say “email threat”
exactly what are you requesting?”
You did not respond to my request.
Subsequently, you submitted the June 29, 2026, email where you are now
requesting “actual emails on those subject areas” for the period April 15,
2024 to June 30, 2024 which is a different time period than what was set
forth in the May 6, 2026, OPRA request.
The original time period was April/May 2024.
I would request that you submit a new OPRA request for the dates set forth
and the records that you are seeking.
