Dear Plumsted Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested: all emails from Bob Bowen to Herb Marinari 5-15-2025 to the present day

Please be advised that P.L. 2024 c. 16, adopting amendments to the Open Public Records Act, became effective 9/3/2024. As amended, the statute states: “A custodian shall not be required to complete a request, including for, but not limited to, mail, email, text messages, correspondence, or social media postings and messages, if the request does not identify a specific job title or accounts to be searched, a specific subject matter, and is not confined to a reasonable time period.... It shall be sufficient for a requestor to identify specific individuals by the individual's job title and position.”
