To whom it may concern,

Are you suggesting the Government Records Council overrides the Judges decision in Paff Vs. Galloway township? In Paff Vs. Galloway township it was ruled that the entire email system is the government record and to be able to pull out metadata that was requested is a legitimate request.

Also, OPRA requires a requester to ask for specific government documents and for specific time period. My public documents request has fulfilled OPRA's requirements. I asked for "Email logs for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and the Business administrator from November 1, 2019 through January 20, 2020" The specific government document are the email logs and the time frame is Nov 1, 2019 through January 20, 2020. In Wronko Vs. Jackson Twp, it was ruled "any and all" of a specific government document for a specific time period is a legitimate request and fulfills the requirements under OPRA. The GRC is not a court ruling but the two court cases I cited are. Please fulfill my request without delay.
