Emailed statement from Andrea Mandel to Planning Board re: Warehouse application

The request was successful.

Dear West Windsor Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

* Emails dated May 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, sent by Councilwoman and Planning Board member Andrea Mandel, on the subject of: statement regarding vote on the Warehouse application heard and voted on by the Planning Board on June 29, 2022.

There is a good faith belief to believe these records exist based on this statement by Andrea Mandel seen online: "I had a statement but the roll was called. I sent my statement to the Mayor and Members of Council for their information via my official email before I posted so it is in the public record."

Yours faithfully,

John Hinsdale

Dear Gay Huber,

Thank you for the usual prompt and thorough service, and the extra effort to retrieve the document slightly outside the criteria I gave, which was very helpful.

You may consider this acknowledgement that the request is complete.

Yours sincerely,

John Hinsdale
